you stalking me :)

yes it was

It was a private sale so was just a good guess

Reason i aksed is for your opinion(if the jkt has arrived yet).

A lot of the "Top" US WW2 Reenactors swear by ATF and more or less reckon that anything else repro wise is crap(especialy M42 Jump Suits and US Airborne Boots).

All i have owned ATF made was an M41 jkt and to be quite honest couldnt seen any difference at all to my SOf £29.99 cheapo M41 so just wanted to know what the big deal was with everything ATF or is it just an elitist thing??

Thanks :good:

Really, can you explain it to me? :D
The originals are not tan, the good repros are not tan.

LOL I meant, now I know why bright tan as a modern army uniform never made sense to me - 'cos its wasn't!

i have 3/4 impressions, today i learned at least 2 of them are "wrong". i think i am losing interest.

for my new load out i will be buying exclusively from the imperial war museum. i will see you all at my next game in about 12 years.

Oh dear Nige. Too much time on the forums does that to you. Trust me, the four of us regularly get well pissed off from time to time - I just end up taking a week off 'cos its crap. I have wasted SO much of MY time today sorting out various squabbling parties on various subjects its not true. Its not worth it mate - as always on this forum its what YOU want to do that matters, not what is historically accurate (if indeed there is historical accuracy - as ATF point out, there are rarely absolutes!).

and you can stop there, noone has the lifespan to sit and read about how it all went wrong after that little trike mentioned in a previous post

Be grateful my dad blames the sole issue of his life's wrongs on being a postwar baby and having to wear his big sisters pink knitted cardigan as a hand me down.... apparently its evil power was made worse by the fact it had ducks on the buttons
